- The artist will only secure the date for the client once the booking fee has been transferred. Without the booking fee, the date remains available to anyone.
- The remaining balance of the full payment must be paid by bank transfer/ cash on the day of the booking. (Applies to Hair, Makeup and Henna Only).
- Booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable (only transferable in special circumstances).
- The client must let the artist know of any changes (including location) in advance as possible - changes may incur an additional cost.
- The client may cancel their booking at any point up until 1 month prior to their booking, however the 50% booking fee will not be refunded. Any cancellations made with less than 1 month's notice will be charged a cancellation fee of 20% of total booking amount.
- If for any reason the client needs to cancel their booking of service(s), it is to be clearly stated via e-mail or WhatsApp message only, (Phone calls, or social media messages will not be accepted as cancellation). The artist is under no obligation to refund any money paid up until the point of cancellation.
- Cancellations made by the artist due to circumstances restricting the artist's performance will be fully refunded to the client within 3-5 working days.
- Consultation forms must be filled in accurately and sent back in good time - failure in doing so will result in cancellation of your booking.
- Brow aftercare instructions must be followed accurately for the best results.
- Heated hair appliances eg. Hairdryer, straighteners, tongs, curlers, crimpers are all of professional quality
- Hair products used include a range of professional and commercial products. Hair grips/u-pins and padding/doughnuts are included – please note hairpieces and extensions are NOT included (if you require extra hair pieces, they will be charged depending on the piece required. Human Hair extensions can be ordered via the artist at an extra cost/ you may provide your own for the artist to use, however the artist will not be able to guarantee/ be liable for the quality of the hairstyle).
- High end and commercial makeup brands are used for all makeup looks. All makeup looks include lashes (unless stated otherwise - this will not reduce the booking price). The artist is able to provide Vegan makeup options on clients' request. If the client wishes for any of their own products to be used, the artist will honour this however the artist will not be liable if the look is not achieved with the client’s own products and this will not change/reduce the booking price.
- Henna is all natural and home made by the artists' supplier. If you are allergic or sensitive to any ingredients, pregnant or recently had cancer treatments please let the artist know as soon as you can as failure in doing so could cause a reaction, which the artist or her supplier will not be held liable for.
- The artist will not, by any means, use any henna the client provides. This is to avoid any chance of an allergic reaction to the client/guests. The artist will only use the henna brought by her, as she knows the ingredients. The artist does not use black henna; however Jagua henna can be requested (aftercare must be followed precisely for Jagua henna).
- Should the client/clients' party damage any of the artist's products or property, they will be held liable for damages and are required to pay for a repair or replacement.
- The artist will attend your event at the agreed date and time and will supply all materials needed for her to carry out her duties. For Hair, Makeup and Brow services please ensure you have a room to yourself with adequate space and plenty of natural light.
- The artist will produce the style/design based on the correspondence with the client. Any changes in mind about the style/design could be subject to a price change.
- Henna - If the artist is charging by the hour, she is allowed to leave once her time is up. The artist will only stay extra hours if the client authorises this, and overtime will be charged at the set rate of the artist.
- Henna - If the booking covers many guests and the client has booked by the hour, the artist will strictly do one design per guest, excluding immediate family. This is unless agreed otherwise; if the artist has more time at the end she is happy to do a second hand for some guests.
- The client will be subject to a travel fee and inclusive of any congestion/ toll and parking charges.
- Any unacceptable or offensive behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in the artist leaving the premises immediately and being paid for her services fully.
- If false or misleading information is given to the artist in regards to the circumstances of the booking, additional charges may apply as per the artists’ prices
The artist is permitted to ask the client for:

A contact number – Clear and concise communication, and/or in the event of delay/emergency

Email addresses – To confirm the booking agreement

Address of venue to get ready – So the artist knows where to come to

Allergies – To ensure the client is not highly sensitive to ingredients in products used

Bank details – May be requested in the event of a cancellation fee to be collected or a refund

Any other important details relating to the booking.

The artist is permitted to keep clients’ details on her database until 1 year after the booking. After this, the clients’ details will be automatically deleted.

The artist will not share any of the client’s details to any third parties without consent from the client.

Photography/ Videography – The artist may request professional photography/ videography of their work taken before, during or after the event to be used strictly for publicity purposes; including the artist’s social media pages and website. The client and third party vendors will always be credited.
